Ordering with Canine Arthritis Management should be a straightforward and enjoyable experience.
All payments made on the CAM website are encrypted using secure technology. Your card details are not retained or visible to CAM employees.
We accept payments via the following options:
- Visa Electron
- Direct Bank Transfer
Currently, we are only able to accept payments in GBP.
If you have an E-voucher please enter this at the checkout page and it will automatically calculate your discount. Once purchased E-vouchers are non-refundable.
SOMETIMES WE GET THINGS WRONG
In the case of errors or oversights on the website CAM reserve the right to refund your order prior to the goods being dispatched.
CAM reserve the right to cancel any order if the product is no longer available. No compensation will be paid in such cases, but customers will be notified and reimbursed for the full cost of the order.
Every care has been taken to ensure that the descriptions and specifications of CAM products are correct. The colours shown on the website are a close representation, but slight variations in the actual product colours may occur due to different screen resolutions and browsers.

AMENDING OR CANCELLING AN ORDER

If you purchased your goods in the EU you can cancel your order under the Consumer Contracts Regulations.
As a small business, unfortunately, we can’t offer free returns, but we do aim to make this process as easy as possible.

We want you to enjoy shopping with us and enjoy using our products, so when your order wasn’t quite as you expected we are here to help sort that out.
We are very happy to help you choose something else, or offer a full refund on any full-priced items returned to us in perfect condition, within 14 days of delivery, with proof of purchase.

Please note we do not issue refunds on Sale items, however, we will offer you an exchange or credit note if you change your mind about a product.

Delivery will normally take up to 15 working days depending on the country of delivery. If an item is not in stock this will be highlighted on our website and you will be advised of a date the product will become available for you to purchase.

Refunds will be credited to the original card that was used for purchase. E-vouchers are non-refundable.
Please note that when sending a return, the parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us; we strongly recommend that you send it recorded post. Always retain proof of postage. Postal address for returns is CAM Warehouse C/O Nupsala Ltd, 37 Pate Road, Leicester Road Industrial Estate, Melton Mowbray, LE13 0RG.
All items must be returned unused, in their original condition and from the country that the order was delivered to. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Taking delivery of your items
All products will be delivered to the address that you indicate when you complete your purchase. Risk of damage to or loss of the products shall pass to you at the time of delivery, even if the products have not been received by you in person. If you have specified a recipient who is not you for delivery purposes (for example as a gift) then you accept that evidence of a signature by them (or at that delivery address) is evidence of delivery and fulfilment and transfer of responsibility in the same way.
Only items purchased directly at camonlineshop.com will be able to be returned to the site.
